MARKETPLACE & FOOD VENDOR GUIDELINES

We would love to have you be a part of the Celebration!

The Latrobe 4th of July Celebration is a free community event hosting thousands of visitors at Legion-Keener Park in Latrobe, PA. Past vendors and food trucks have exclaimed they have done “phenomenally well” and that it’s their “favorite event of the year!”. Latrobe 4th of July Celebration is a rain or shine event.

Available Date and Times: Friday, July 4: 12:00pm-9:00pm

FOOD VENDORS: $180 (or $210 for those who need electricity)

MARKETPLACE VENDORS: $50 (per 10x10 space)

Applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis. All registrations and payments must be made by June 10. Credit card payments can be made using https://givebutter.com/4thofjuly or a check can be made out to Latrobe 4th of July Celebration and sent to PO Box 105, Latrobe PA 15650.

SETUP TIMES: All setup will take place at Legion-Keener Park. Setup is available starting on Thursday, July 3 at 4:00 pm. Setup is available the morning of Friday, July 4, but all vendors must be in by 8:45am due to road closures caused by the parade.

-Please make sure you bring everything you need. The only thing that will be supplied for you is your space. For Food Vendors, IF you need electricity, please let us know through the registration form and please ensure you pay $210 (rather than $180).

-You are responsible for all clean up. A dumpster will be provided.

-Parking: We will make sure you can drive your vehicle in for setup but otherwise, you will need to move your car to a parking area. A map of available spots will be sent to you and one car is allowed per vendor.

-The fireworks show will kick off at 9:30pm. As safety is our top priority, please do not leave the area until after the fireworks show.

-All persons must be out of their spaces by 10:30 pm.

-INSURANCE: Food Vendors must have all required permits and licenses, including health department approvals, food service licenses, and liability insurance that includes product liability and lists Latrobe 4th of July Celebration as additionally insured. All vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations.

-All registrations and payments are due by June 10. There are no exceptions as this ensures a smooth and well-organized event experience for everyone.

-If a vendor must cancel for any reason, a refund minus 20% of the payment will be paid if cancelation is made before June 10. Cancellations occuring after June 10 will not be refunded.

-Please promote your participation in the event which helps everyone!

-The Latrobe 4th of July Celebration has the right to reject a vendor. This may be connected to past performance, category, general fit, etc. A full refund will be processed if a vendor is not accepted.

By registering, you agree all rules and regulations will be observed by you and any representatives. In submitting your registration, you declare that you will release and hold harmless the Latrobe 4th of July Celebration and all partner organizations such as The Latrobe Parks and Recreation, The City of Latrobe, from all claims, liabilities, responsibilities, losses, or damages to person or property arising because of of negligence or otherwise. If there is a breach, the Latrobe 4th of July Celebration reserves the right to remove you from the premises.
